How to cancel DAZN

DAZN is a sports streaming service. Here is where the cancel button lives, what you keep and lose, and what to check before and after.

Monthly Flex has a 30-day cancellation period. Apple, Google, Roku and Amazon plans are cancelled with them.

Steps

Open DAZN, signed in, and click the profile icon
Go to My Account, then Subscription
At the bottom, choose Cancel subscription, then Continue
Decline the offers if you still want to cancel, enter your password and confirm

The same path is what DAZN’s UK and US help describe for an annual plan and for Monthly Flex. You keep access until the cancellation date shown on the account. An 8-day free trial has its own on-screen path from that help article. Cancelling the trial before a pay-per-view does not remove access to that event during the trial.

Cancelling through an app store or a bundle

The steps above are for a subscription taken out with DAZN directly. If the charge on your statement comes from Apple, Google, Amazon or another company, that company holds the subscription and the cancel button is there.

If you pay through Apple

DAZN cannot cancel an Apple subscription. Use Apple’s subscriptions list.

If you pay through Google Play

A Google Play plan is cancelled in the Play Store, not in DAZN.

If you pay through Amazon

An Amazon subscription is cancelled from Amazon’s Memberships and Subscriptions.

What happens when you cancel

DAZN says you keep access until the cancellation date you selected. Monthly Flex has a 30-day cancellation period, so a pro-rated charge, usually lower than the normal month, can still be taken. An annual plan paid monthly is a 12-month contract: cancelling stops the renewal after the term, not the payments still due. An annual plan paid up front runs to the end of the term you have paid.

Refunds

DAZN’s UK help does not offer a refund of the current term. It does warn about the pro-rated Monthly Flex charge. A plan billed by Apple, Google, Roku or Amazon is cancelled with that company, and any refund is theirs.

Before you cancel

Read the plan type on My Account before you cancel. Monthly Flex is not the same as an annual plan paid monthly. Third-party plans do not appear as something DAZN can end.
Check the renewal date and any notice deadline first. Complete cancellation before that deadline and check the confirmed access end date.

After you cancel

Keep the confirmation email. If a charge appears later, it is your proof.
Access normally continues until the end of the paid period, then stops.
Check the next card statement once, to be sure the charge is gone.

How do I cancel DAZN?

Open the profile icon, My Account, Subscription, then Cancel subscription at the bottom. Continue, decline the offers if you are sure, and confirm with your password.

Does DAZN stop immediately?

No. You keep access until the cancellation date on the account. Monthly Flex has a 30-day cancellation period and may still take a pro-rated charge.

I pay DAZN monthly on an annual plan. What does cancel do?

It stops the plan renewing after the 12 months. DAZN says the monthly payments due until the end of the term still run.

Can DAZN cancel a subscription I bought from Apple or Amazon?

No. Cancel it with Apple, Google, Roku or Amazon, whichever bills you.
